Returns & Shipping

Shipping & Processing

  • TRN accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

  • Be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Any order placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. central standard time will be processed that same business day. Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order date pending availability and any credit verification.

  • Any order placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. central standard time with the selection of In-Store Pickup (24-48 hours) will be available to pick up at the boutique location with the timeframe specified. The customer will also receive an email when their order is ready for pickup. Any order placed Friday after 4 p.m. through Sunday with the selection of In-Store Pickup (24-48 hours) will be notified via email the following Monday when their order is available for pickup in the boutique location. 

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 4 pm central standard time or over the weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

  • TRN ships USPS to UPS to the 48 continental United States.


In-Store Pickup

  • By selecting the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout, you are choosing to physically retrieve your items from our store at 108 W Willow Ave., Harrisburg, SD.

  • Your order will be ready for you to pick up within 24-48 of your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your items have arrived and are ready to pick up in the store.


Returns & Exchanges:

  • Sale, Gift Cards, Jewelry, Scarves, Socks and Home Decor Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • We do not refund shipping charges. 

  • Because of limited quantities, if you are exchanging for a different size, we recommend you purchase your desired size and we will refund you the full credit when we receive your return.

  • Returns are completed at your own discretion and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest getting insurance for any items you choose to return.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.

  • Returns are eligible for money back minus shipping charges within 14 DAYS of the SHIPMENT DATE; excluding Sale items.

  • All returns require the completion of a Return Form

  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of delivery.
